Hypoestes Confetti Compact White

Here’s a compact ornamental little plant that adds texture and light to a shady garden. It's called Hypoestes Confetti Compact White and it looks superb beneath trees.

Its speckled white and green foliage and love of full shade means this is a fantastic plant for low light areas that other plants refuse to smile in.

You could plant up a container using this as your foliage base layer or even bring it inside for a lovely fresh pop of colour. Whichever you choose Hypoestes needs to be kept in full shade outside and indirect light indoors.

This is a fast-growing plant so expect to see some serious growing - up to 40-50cms in the right conditions.

• I grow to: I’ll reach a maximum of 50cms but will stay small if my roots are contained
